Key Responsibilities

Data Investigation & Tracking: Search public records, credit reports, property records, social media, and proprietary databases to uncover current addresses, phone numbers, and employment details.

Direct Outreach: Contact associates, family members, landlords, or former employers to verify an individual’s whereabouts without violating privacy laws.

Field Verification: Coordinate with local field agents or process servers to physically verify high-value target locations or service legal documents.

Compliance & Legal Documentation: Ensure all skip tracing practices adhere to strict privacy laws (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA, or local data protection frameworks) and document every contact attempt and record search meticulously.

Risk & Fraud Assessment: Identify fraudulent identity usage, address discrepancies, or staging during skip tracing investigations.
